Charlie Sheen Desperate $4.8 Million: Sheen Sells Home

November 14, 2021

Charlie Sheen is desperate to sell Brooke Mueller’s $4.8 million home as their custody battle turns bitter, taking another ugly turn for the worse. Sheen is eager to sell the property, which is situated in an exclusive gated community.

Sources have reportedly told TMZ that Sheen, who paid for the house, wants Brooke out as quickly as possible.

It’s understood that his ex-wife will be entitled to half of any profits gained through the sale, but should he sell at its original sale price, Brooke — herself a former realtor — will be entitled to nothing.

The 48-year-old’s move may well relate to Brooke’s house-hunting expedition in Beverly Hills on Monday. According to the Daily News she is moving into a nearby condo so her two twins with Sheen, Bob and Max, can stay with her.

The twins had been living with another of his ex-spouses — actress Denise Richards — but she relinquished temporary custody of the boys because of their “violent outbursts” towards her three daughters, Sam, Eloise and Lola. There are reports that claim the girls had been strangled, kicked in the head and stomach, scratched, bit, slapped, punched in the face and head, and spit on by Bob and Max. They are also said to have attacked Denise’s dogs after they “repeatedly kick her dogs in the head and squeeze their heads with both hands while watching the dogs whimper in pain.”

Meanwhile, Brooke has allegedly accused Denise of “trying to turn” her sons against her.

The 36-year-old reportedly submitted documents with a Los Angeles court claiming her son Bob had “kicked and slapped” her during his first overnight visit with her since her rehab stay.

In the filing, Brooke said Bob told her that he “hated her.” Brooke said she believes that Denise told Bob to say that as part of an ongoing campaign to turn the boys against her, a source told RadarOnline.

Brooke’s brother Scott is now said to be looking after Max and Bob after Denise asked child welfare official to search for a new temporary guardian.

The children have been unable to live with their mother, who has a history of drug abuse, because of a relapse last May. Meanwhile Sheen has escaped contempt of court charges for violating a gag order by labelling Brooke “a whore.”

The judge presiding over the family’s case with Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services decided it would not be in anyone’s best interest to hold a hearing as it could turn into a “circus.”
