Freddie Mercury To Make Surprise Visit

Freddie Mercury will make a surprise appearance at a Queen concert in London that will soon shock fans as the legendary singer is resurrected from the grave. You’re probably thinking Queen is going to bring Mercury back as a hologram like we recently saw with Tupac performing at Coachella.

However, that is not the way that the British rock band chooses to go.

According to their guitarist, Brian May, they have been wanting to have Mercury on stage with them for quite a while now. Apparently, they considered the whole hologram idea, but decided to go with an “optical illusion” instead.

“It’s a little unfortunate they did that thing with Tupac as we’ve been trying to make Freddie appear on the stage for quite a while,” May said. “[That technique] is something we’ve looked at ourselves, but I think probably for a show that runs eight shows a week it’s not really quite practical.”

May did not go into further detail about how they would pull off the technological trickery.

However, he did promise that their May 14 concert goers will be left wondering, “Did we actually see Freddie?”

Mercury, 24, passed away on November 24, 1991, at his home in Kensington, London, England.

His official cause of death was bronchial pneumonia, which was a result of having AIDS.
