Girl Talk Free Album Released Online

Girl Talk free album released online. The free album entitled ‘All Day’ has been released on the Web. Gregg Gillis promises a lot of dance songs to this 2008 follow-up to Feed the Animals.

“All Day” is now available on label Illegal Art’s website. You can either download it as one seamless MP3, or as separate tracks. According to the site, FLAC options will be added soon.

However, likely due to the high volume of folks downloading the music, the website has stalled. Most people are having a difficult time getting the album online. The free tunes are a bold move on the part of the artist.

Even so, if people can get their music for free, they’re going to take advantage of that. Girl Talk is going “one step further to getting the music to fans as quickly and easily as possible,” according to his rep. “While posting the album as a free download on the Illegal Art label’s site allows All Day to reach his fan-base quickly and with minimal cost, Gillis spent more time on this album than any previous release and considers it the most fully realized and evolved manifestation of the Girl Talk aesthetic.”

And although this the album promises to be epic — clocking in at 71 minutes and 373 samples — it will remain free, according to the rep. That means no e-mail signups and no suggested donations. You can’t beat that.
