Gisele and Tom Brady are building a Boston mansion, which will become their dream residence located in Brookline, Massachusetts. Tom will be able to have a better commute to his New England Patriots facility.

The new home will be over 14,000 square feet and will include a spa. This comes after they sold their massive Los Angeles residence to Dr. Dre last week. Gisele wants her East Coast project completed in time for her 34th birthday in July.

Brady, 36, has hired 100 construction workers to pound away night and day in order to get the job done in time.

And what a job it is. In addition to the spa, he wants the pad to have five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a motor court, a pool with a Baja shelf - which means you can get a tan while laying in the shallow end - a library with a balcony, a wine cellar and a yoga studio.

The house will sit on 5.2 acres of land.

The construction site looks busy. The foundation is laid and builders are now completing the wood frame of the house, which looks to have very high ceilings and a dome by the entrance. There are trucks everywhere as the builders complete the home’s frame.

In October the town of Brookline approved plans for the house, which is on Woodland Road in the Chestnut Hill area. Bob Kraft, the CEO of The Kraft Group, will be a neighbor down the street. The house Gisele and Tom built in the Brentwood area of LA is 14,000 square feet and has six bedrooms.

“I like simplicity and coziness,” the Brazilian beauty told Architectural Digest in October. “I want to live in a place that feels like a real home, where you can put your feet up on the couch and just relax.”

Brady also told the monthly, “Gisele and I have eight sisters between us, and there are lots of kids. We built this house as a sanctuary for our family - a place where we can enjoy being together.”

Their architect Richard Landry said, “Tom and Gisele aren’t worried about impressing people. They’re very sensitive to style and quality, but those considerations never trump comfort and ease.”

The lovebirds also have a $14m apartment in New York City.

After marrying in 2009 they had son Benjamin, aged four, and a baby daughter, Vivian Lake, aged one. Tom already had a son John, aged six, from his previous relationship with actress Bridget Moynahan.
