Justin Bieber, Chris Brown duet single to be recorded soon. Justin Bieber is teaming up with R&B singer Chris Brown for an upcoming duet. The news was announced on Christmas Day via Twitter.

Bieber plans to collaborate the new duet with the R&B singer, according to MTV. Brown made the announced from his Twitter account, writing: "ME and @justinbieber got a BANGER/SMASH record for all the fans out there at the top of the NEW YEAR!!!" He did not specify whether the new single would appear on his next album.

The 16-year-old Bieber also mentioned something on his Twitter: "Kinda hyped rt now. for a new single teamed up with one of my friends and an artist I used to sing covers of on youtube," and linkedto a video of himself singing Brown's "With You."

Brown completed a court-ordered domestic violence course on December 20 after assaulting his then-girlfriend, singer Rihanna, on Feburary 8, 2009. The course was part of his five-year probation after pleading guilty to assault, and he will remain on probation until 2014. He posted a photo of his certificate on the Web.
