Justin Bieber Will Take Dna Test - Justin Bieber is looking to put this baby mama drama behind him — and will take a DNA test to prove it.TMZ reported Sunday that the teen heartthrob will take a DNA test once he returns to the U.S. in two weeks.

Sources also say that Bieber, 17, and his legal team is prepared to take Mariah Yeater to court — if he’s proven to not be the father of her baby.

Bieber is in Ireland Sunday to perform at the MTV Europe Music Awards, hosted by his 19-year-old girlfriend Selena Gomez. Before getting on the plane to Ireland, Bieber tweeted his fans, “thanks 4 supporting the #UnderTheMistletoe album :) heading out to the EMA’s and got some great music for the plane” — and included a link to Michael Jackson’s iconic ode to paternity controversy, “Billie Jean.”Last week 20-year-old Yeater filed a paternity suit and is seeking child support from Bieber.

Yeater claims she and Bieber had a brief sexual encounter after one of his concerts at Staples Center in October 2010.

She says she gave birth a son in July, and she believes Bieber is the father, since she did not have sex with any other men at that time.

While no crime has been reported, the LAPD could open an investigation into the alleged incident, since Bieber was only 16 at the time. Yeater had just turned 19.

In California, it is illegal to have sex with someone under the age of 18. If the person is more than three years older than the minor, it is a misdemeanor, punishable by one year in jail.

Bieber denies having sex with Yeater and says he is not the child’s father.

A hearing in the case is scheduled for December 15.
