According to The Inquisitr, it was announced that Burruss wants to lose 20 pounds in preparation for aforementioned tour. It won’t be easy, given her busy schedule, but she usually succeeds in everything she commits to. The realty star has been struggling with these issues for awhile.

Kandi Burruss recently linked Twitter followers to a video in which her trainer claimed:

“I’m going to help Kandi Burruss lose twenty pounds in thirty days baby!”

While Kandi Burruss may be happily married to Todd Tucker, her weight has been on issue that’s come up on several occasions. The Real Housewives Of Atlanta star blames the weight gain on the so-called newlywed fifteen. Burruss has a lot of support from her family and friends.

Last year, when Kenya Moore made fun of Kandi Burruss and her weight gain, the reality star responded by insisting that she was proud of her body. But her recent efforts have caused fans to doubt this earlier assertion. Kandi has decided to lose a ton of weight and she’s certainly not planning on taking her time!

Although Facebook fans are inspired by her commitment to obtaining a slimmer physique, they worry that Kandi is not approaching things in a healthy manner. This is a very lofty goal, especially given the fact that most nutritionists and weight loss experts recommend shedding no more than ten pounds each month. Burruss says she wants to go from 157 to 137 pounds, but if she does so in the space of thirty days, she’ll likely only have dropped water weight.

Kandi and her husband Todd have announced plans to take their stage production “A Mother’s Love” to 29 cities this fall.

According to a release about Kandi:

“Burruss will reprise her turn as the main character, a rising singer and member of a girl group who struggles to find the balance between honoring her relationship with her mother and making her own decisions as her career and love life evolve.”

While some say that the Kandi Burruss weight loss goal is unhealthy, it really depends on the plan itself. Some people “eat clean” for one month and can lose 30 pounds or more if they stick to it. Since Kandi has a trainer, she’s probably on a safe plan to meet her goal.
