Kris Humphries Thinks Kim And Kanye Are Publicity Stunt

04/26/2012 03:31 PM ET

Kris Humphries and his lawyers think that the relationship between Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is one of the socialite’s publicity stunts, to draw attention away from their divorce and sham of a marriage.

Since the news broke that Kim was wanting to divorce Kris after 72 days of marriage, Humphries has declined to sign the papers, and he has been seeking an annulment instead, citing that the whole wedding thing was just a stunt for Kardashian to brand the family name.

Lawyers for Humphries now want to know for sure about Kim’s new status with West, and plan on asking Kardashian’s reality show producers, under oath in court about it, according to a source talking to RadarOnline.

“The crux of Kris’ case for annulment is that Kim married him under fraudulent pretenses and did it for her reality show. Team Humphries wants to know if producers of the Kardashian reality shows were in contact with Kanye West prior to the new couple dating or going public with their relationship and what those conversations consisted of,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

“When did Kim develop romantic feelings for Kanye and why after publicly stating she wouldn’t feature any future romantic relationships on her reality shows, did she do a complete 360?”

Recently, Kim and Kayne were filmed for an upcoming episode of “Kourtney and Kim Take New York,” having a romantic dinner together at a New York restaurant owned by Scott Disick, who happens to be the father of Kourtney Kardashian’s child and also is a part of the reality show. After filing for divorce Kim had told Allure Magazine that from this point on, she was going to keep any future relationships private.
