Macaulay Culkin’s health has been called into question after a photo surfaced of the child actor as he walked through New York looking like a skeleton with a Red Bull in his hand.

He appears in the photo walking in New York, but Macaulay Culkin is very thin and while he’s mostly known as Kevin McCallister in “Home Alone” and “Home Alone 2: Lost in New York,” he looks totally different now and it’s causing concerns about his health.

The photo of 31 year old actor was captured by Entertainment Tonight as he stopped to get pictures with young fans. US Weekly has reported that Macaulay sweep away the rumors that he is in any kind of poor health.

“Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health,” the former “Home Alone” star’s spokesperson said in a statement. The rep also stressed that, “For Entertainment Tonight - or any other media outlet - to speculate otherwise is reckless, irresponsible and destructive. We implore them to discontinue the rumor.”

Culkin’s recent jobs were in April of 2011; they consisted of being featured in an experimental film by musician Adam Green called “Wrong Ferrari,” which was shot entirely on an iPhone and being in the music video for “Stamp Your Name On It,” performed by Jack Dishel, who is Adam Green’s former band mate.

Macaulay has definitely had his share of problems in his life that began when he was just a child, like fighting with his own parents in court, divorcing by the age of 22, getting arrested for drugs, and losing Michael Jackson, who was his close friend.
