Megan Fox and Russell Westbrook appeared at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Sports Awards Thursday to present the best female athlete award to Gabby Douglas. Fox was actually starstruck by the Oklahoma City Thunder guard, as she gleamed next to him on stage.

“I never get star struck but I got to present with Russell Westbrook and he’s so gorgeous in person I just giggled like an idiot the entire time,” she posted on her Facebook page. While most men reach for words when they see Fox in person, the actress has taken a liken to pro basketball players. The chemistry is quite interesting with Westbrook.

We’re sure her husband, former 90210 actor Brian Austin Green, was thrilled with her admission.

Of course, the actress is more than open about her desires as she’s stated her previous lusting over names like Olivia Wilde and Jenna Jameson, so we guess the Thunder guard should take comfort in his inclusion in her celebrity hot chart.

Most people were surprised that Megan Fox had a crush on Russell Westbrook. She lives a very private life and is obviously a sports fan. The actress is quite familiar with the pro basketball player because of his time at UCLA and given their Southern California ties.

Whatever the case, it seems as if the Oklahoma City Thunder just nabbed himself Megan Fox, who turns out to be the NBA’s hottest fans.

The actress has been ranked one of the hottest women of all time by Maxim and FHM. Westbrook has been ranked No. 1 player most likely to upset Kevin Durant by not passing. Can you see the chemistry with Megan?

While the actress gave birth to a baby, her career hit a slump. Fox was featured in a Brazilian television commercial for Brahma beer last year. However, her biggest hurdle was to set aside her differences with her former director Michael Bay when it was confirmed that Megan would work again with him on his upcoming reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Megan Fox joins a big cast in the upcoming TMNT film, and there are certainly a lot of fans out there very invested in how this latest big screen take on the comic characters will do them justice. Or not. But according to the actress, fans really don’t have any reason to be concerned.

“Someone’s always going to be upset about something,” she told MTV. “When you’re [making] a movie like this and making it live-action, there are things where you’ll have to depart from the original material a little bit. People will be disappointed, but I think people will be overwhelmed with how exciting and amazing and how fresh and how true to the original this is — but you can’t please everyone all the time.” The first clip from the film features Whoopi Goldberg.

It’s too late for a Megan Fox and Russell Westbrook romance, but at least they can joke about it. There’s a problem finding anything in common with these two. But Megan will definitely give Russell an ego boost.
