Hilton, who was also detained on two other occasions this summer, has hired lawyer David Chesnoff. Chesnoff wasted no time taking on the case and telling people not to "rush to judgement" regarding her felony cocaine possession. The socialite was also telling her side of the story on Twitter.

Arrested by Las Vegas police, she was a passenger in her boyfriend's Cadillac Escalade. The vehicle was stopped after a motorcycle cop smelled the odor of marijuana coming from her boyfriend's SUV. Hilton allegedly dropped a small bag of cocaine while reaching for her lip balm in her purse.

Paris Hilton's mug shot was taken just minutes after she was taken into custody. David Chesnoff has also represented other celebrities who include David Copperfield, Suge Knight, and Vince Neil. Since 2006, she has been arrested for DUI, driving violations, violating her probation, possession of cannabis, and suspicion of cocaine possession.
