Tamera Mowry is ready to give birth to her baby boy, as she waits with husband Adam Housley. Mowry, 33, admits that she’s savoring the momentary clam as she reaches the end of her pregnancy. The star updated her fans on Twitter.
“Had a dream about my son. Woke up wanting to hold him,” she tweeted. “Oh wait, haven’t delivered yet. So I rubbed my belly instead. Can’t wait to kiss his face.”
The pregnant actress intends to deliver her son naturally — much to her sister’s chagrin.
“She is my sister and we can’t take pain. Pain and us, we just don’t mix!” her sister, Tia Mowry, jokes. Tia married Cory Hardrict in 2008 and welcomed son Cree in 2011.
“She is trying to be brave, which is good … but I don’t think she is going to make it,” Tia laughed. Regardless, Tia will be there to support the new mom. “I will be in the room with her coaching her,” Tia tells Us Weekly.
So how does the pregnant mommy feel about her growing curves and evolving maternity style?
“I’m embracing my new body and its changes… So what if my behind is spreading as wide as the continent of North America,” Mowry recently joked in her PEOPLE blog.
Mowry recently admitted that pregnancy has taught her to trust in her own instincts, “If I have yet to learn practice, my son is in the process of teaching me now.”
The “Tia and Tamera” star officially announced that her due date is currently scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 30.
