The Carrie Underwood baby bump has been revealed, as the singer is expecting her first child with husband Mike Fisher.
According to azcentral.com, Underwood showed it off in a jumpsuit while performing at the Ravinia Festival. Having announced her pregnancy only days ago in the cutest possible way, she declared her impending motherhood in a Katherine Feiner jumpsuit at a concert in Highland Park, Ill., on Saturday.
The Carrie Underwood baby bump looked fashionable and comfortable in a floral-printed jumpsuit by Katherine Feiner. Underwood left her blonde tresses down in loose waves and completed her look with a pretty smoky eye.
The 31-year-old also seemed very pleased with the outcome of her two sold-out shows, tweeting thanks to her fans on Monday, Sept. 8.
This will be the first child for Carrie Underwood and her husband of four years, 34. The Grammy-winning country singer announced her pregnancy to fans last Monday, Sept. 1, with an adorable Instagram post. The Carrie Underwood baby bump was also confirmed by the singer’s rep directly to Us Weekly:
“In honor of ‘Labor’ Day, Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement … Their parents couldn’t be happier”
This past April, Carrie Underwood and NHL pro Mike Fisher updated the magazine on their marriage at the Time 100 Gala in NYC. Fisher recalled:
“We actually went away a few months ago to Turks and Caicos for the Olympic break … It was just awesome. It was nice to get away.”
The hockey pro added that he and his wife like to indulge in the occasional romantic date night, complete with dinner and wine.
Carrie Underwood, meanwhile, told the magazine at the same event that she was looking forward to spending summer with her hubby and his family in Canada. “I like lakes,” she said. “I like to be able to go fishing or be on a boat with friends, grilling.”
The Carrie Underwood baby bump will soon be getting larger as the singer prepares for her first pregnancy. Underwood and Fisher are excited about starting a family. There’s no word on how long she will perform before giving birth.
