Whether you go low calorie, low carb, low fat or high fiber, you need to be able to eat that way for a long time. It's important if you want to lose weight and enjoy any real health benefits. This is why you should just learn how to stick to a diet that's easy and not complicated.

You may also feel physically better following one diet over the others. Feeling healthy will help keep your willpower strong when you are faced with any dilemmas. If you really don't know which one you would like best, you can always give one program a two-week test drive.
