The 5th ave condo is priced on the market for $12,900,000. Built in 1928 as the Adams Hotel, the 29 story building boasts great Central Park and Resevoir views from this coop and others. The 3,335 square foot unit also includes a mahogany paneled library, and a formal dining room.
Douglas Elliman listing broker Carol Staab declined to comment to the New York Post.
The decor in this 5th ave property is incredible, which probably meets McCartney’s taste for luxury.
