Twitter co-founder Evan Williams and his wife Sara have sold their home after listing the sleek Noe Valley abode on the market for $2.995M. The 5-bed, 5.5-bath home was designed by Owen Kennerly.

The property has highlights like a private guesthouse in the swanky backyard and a roof deck that offers up views galore. Because Noe Valley residential real estate is hot, hot, hot right now, it should come as no surprise to learn that the home didn’t just sell quickly, it also sold for $205K over asking at $3.2M. Rumors state that the Williams clan has moved directly across the street from Dolores Park.

As stated in the announcement of the sale, the house is situated on a plot with an area for family recreation and is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in San Francisco. Moreover, the additional prestige come home name of the former owner of the renowned IT world.
