Vin Diesel is asking $1.3 million for his Hollywood Hills property, which he paid $562,500 in February 2000 as his starter home. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with 1,517-square-foot home on a quiet street.

The calls it “a perfect hideout for a celebrity or those who seek privacy and serenity.” In true Los Angeles style, the home has outdoor spaces that create the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living. An open floor plan is punctuated by a living room with fireplace and high-beamed ceiling with skylights.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring sunken tub and steam shower. Outside, a large backyard has a pool and spa, writes Trulia.

Property records show Diesel was previously asking $5,800 a month to rent the place out before making the decision to sell it off.

Kittean Clark of Rodeo Realty is representing Diesel in the sale.
