Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinketh are selling their dream mansion in Calabasas, California for $42 million, which is a whopping 25,000 square-feet. Smith spent more than seven years turning the estate into a personal perfection.

The 150-acre estate features a meditation room with skylight, recording studio, pool, artificial lake, tennis court and basketball pad.

The mansion was featured in a cover story in an Architectural Digest spread in 2011.

At the time Jada explained “For Will and me this home was always a spiritual endeavor. We’re very earthy, organic people. We wanted to create a family retreat, something made by hand and as natural as possible, something that ties back to the land. Whatever it becomes, the craftsmanship will always represent our union and the love of our family.”

The couple recently sold their seven-acre Kauai estate to a Russian billionaire for around $20 million.

Will and Jada Pinkett have two children - Jaden, 15, and Willow, 12.

Will, 44, and Jada, 41, had a heavy hand in the design of the mansion and the “After Earth” actor revealed that he had chosen a circular floor plan as an ode to his wife, “to create an infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love.”
