State Farm Feedback App

State Farm Feedback App - It seems that the Apple iPhone now has a new State Farm Feedback app. What’s interesting is that State Farm is using high-end technology to measure driving habits such as smoothness or aggressiveness during acceleration. This could be used to determine your car insurance rates.

The actual App itself will rate the driver in different categories based out of a possible 100. To measure the scores calculated the App uses an algorithm. Some abilities of the App include being able to log multiple trips. As well as possible dangerous driving habits; if the log comes back with dangerous driving habits the App may even give tips for improvement on his or her driving.

Reports show that dangerous driving habits can lead to more accidents. Some I’m sure we are all aware of. But everyone gets carried away sometimes, whether you are in a rush, or not paying attention because the latest technology is detracting you. This App will basically inform you of those moments through it’s logging ability.

The iPhone and iTouch App is free to get and can be found in the App Store. Hopefully with this new App parents won’t get carried away with tracking their children’s driving habits; specially with the capability of sending a completion message via email or text.
