Lady Gaga suit vanishes. U.S. singer Lady Gaga has reached a deal with an ex-boyfriend and producer in a development suit, both say. The $30 million case was against the pop star over owed money and royalties.

Fusari was claiming that he was owed money and credit by Gaga for launching her career. He was seeking $30.5 million and claiming that he co-wrote "Paparazzi" and "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich," and came up with the stage name. In the Manhattan Supreme Court, he insisted that he was entitled to 20 percent of the pop singer's royalties per their contract.

His case prompted the Lady to counter sue alleging that she forced her into an "unlawful arrangement." According to her lawyers Fusari was just an agent. Rob Fursari's case claimed, "All business is personal. When those personal relationships evolve into romantic entanglements, any corresponding business relationship usually follows the same trajectory so that when one crashes they all burn. That is what happened here."

Now that this legal matter has ended, Gaga can focus on Yana Morgana, who is the mother of the late Lina Morgana. She is claiming that Gaga took over her daughter's style and became an instant phenomenon. Lina committed suicide, at the age of 19, by jumping from Staten Island hotel in 2008.
