Kim Basinger and Mitch Stone are dating after rumors surfaced last week that she was with a mystery man in Hawaii. The actress has kept her romantic life private ever since her bitter divorce from Alec Baldwin over a decade ago, according to the Times Of India. But Kim appears to have found love again, and a source said the new boyfriend is actually her hair stylist.
“It was the right timing for Basinger. After doing her hair for so many years, one day they thought, ‘Hey, why don’t we go out on a date?’ … And have been very, very happy together.”
It’s not clear if Kim made the first move on Mitch, but they seem very happy. In April Mitch shared a photo on Instagram of himself with Kim on the set of 1998’s I Dreamed Of Africa. He captioned the snap of Kim.
“Let’s go back … My Girlfriend Forever.”
Kim Basinger and Mitch Stone were seen swimming in the ocean. The Oscar winner showed off her incredible figure in a black wetsuit as she enjoyed the swim with her beau, according to The Inquisitr. The mother-of-one was seen giggling while he kissed the 60-year-old on the cheek as they faced the waves together.
By the way things look, Kim and Mitch are definitely a couple. On his website it states Mitch grew up in Malibu where he “became a junior Olympic swimmer at the age of 12.” He lists as his celebrity clients not just Basinger but also her ex-husband Alec Baldwin. He seems perfect for Kim, according to insiders who are familiar with the couple.
The new couple then emerged from the water with their arms around each other, when Kim got yet another kiss from her handsome man. Later in the day, the duo were seen enjoying the ocean view after their chilly swim in the sea as she wore blue trousers and a grey T-shirt. She wore her blonde hair in a messy updo and shielded her eyes with sunglasses.
Kim Basinger and Mitch Stone have known each other for a very long time, notes E! Online. Kim split from husband Baldwin in 2002. The pair went on to have a bitter custody battle over their daughter Ireland – now 19 – which lasted many years, although now an apparent truce has been reached.
